1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tower of Babel (the “Game”), provided by Obryza - A Game Apps (“Obryza”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.
3. Safe use of augmented reality
Always remain aware of your surroundings. Use the Game in a safe, well-lit area, keep clear of roads, stairs, obstacles and other people, and do not use it while driving or operating machinery. You are responsible for choosing a safe play area and for any damage or injury caused by unsafe use.
4. Purchases and advertising
The free version may display third-party advertising. An optional one-time Pro purchase may remove advertising and unlock additional benefits described in the Game. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to App Store payment, refund and family-sharing rules. Prices and available features may vary by country.
5. Game Center
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple’s terms. You may not cheat, manipulate scores, exploit bugs or interfere with fair play. We may remove invalid scores or restrict access where permitted by the platform.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not attempt to damage the Game, its services or another player’s experience.
7. Intellectual property
The Game and its code, artwork, audio, designs, text, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to Obryza and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Game to improve performance, security or functionality. We do not guarantee that the Game or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Obryza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
